Please contact Insta-Ice to add a 'Sweet Treat" to your next event. We are able to customize packages to meet your needs. There is a $75 book fee.
Insta-Ice Terms and Conditions
- ALL services will take place CURBSIDE.
- All equipment has been cleaned and sanitized.
- Items served are based on the selected package.
- Insta-Access badges will be provided to distribute to your guests and are redeemable for a menu item based on the selected package.
- Insta-Ice will arrive at the scheduled time allowing 15-20 minutes for parking and setup.
- You assume liability for any damage to the truck and rental equipment (if any) used during the course of the event, caused by a guest of the client.
- A deposit is required at booking (half of the total package price). Payment of your deposit invoice secures your date and indicates agreement with the terms outlined above.
- Payment in full is due prior to the day of the event.
Cancellation policy
Deposit will be fully refunded if the event is canceled 7 days or more prior to the event. Once the deposit is received, you agree to our terms and the cancellation policy.
